- Çocuğunuzun adı, yaşı, profil fotoğrafı ve öğrenme ilerlemesi yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır; hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez ve biz bu bilgileri göremeyiz.
- Uygulamada hesap, reklam, analitik ya da kullanıcı takibi yoktur. Uygulama içi satın alma da yoktur.
- Uygulama internete yalnızca öğrenme içeriğini indirmek ve yeni sürüm olup olmadığını kontrol etmek için bağlanır; bu bağlantılarda kişisel veri gönderilmez.
- Uygulamayı sildiğinizde tüm veriler cihazdan silinir; profilden "Çıkış Yap" da profil ve ilerleme bilgilerini siler.
1. Veri sorumlusu
Miluw Kids, Çağan Bıçakçı tarafından CygnusLabs adıyla geliştirilen, okul öncesi çocuklara harfleri, sayıları, renkleri, şekilleri, hayvanları ve taşıtları oyunlarla öğreten bir uygulamadır. 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK") kapsamında veri sorumlusu Çağan Bıçakçı'dır.

2. Cihazınızda saklanan bilgiler
Uygulamayı kurarken ya da kullanırken girdiğiniz aşağıdaki bilgiler yalnızca cihazınızda tutulur. Hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez; biz bu bilgilere erişemeyiz ve onları işlemeyiz.

Kamera ve fotoğraf izni
Uygulama kameraya ya da fotoğraf galerisine yalnızca siz profil fotoğrafı eklemek istediğinizde, izninizi alarak erişir. Seçilen fotoğraf cihazda kalır ve hiçbir yere yüklenmez.
Erişmediğimiz bilgiler
Uygulama mikrofonu kullanmaz, çocuğunuzun sesini kaydetmez. Konum, rehber, takvim ya da sağlık verilerine erişmez. Bildirim göndermez.
3. İnternet bağlantıları
Uygulama yalnızca aşağıdaki iki amaçla internete bağlanır. Bu bağlantılarda çocuğunuz ya da sizinle ilgili hiçbir bilgi gönderilmez. Her internet bağlantısında olduğu gibi, bağlandığımız hizmet sağlayıcı cihazınızın IP adresi gibi teknik bilgileri bağlantının kurulabilmesi için görür.

Uygulama ayrıca Apple'ın sağladığı hizmetler üzerinden indirilir ve güncellenir; bu süreçlerde Apple'ın kendi gizlilik politikası geçerlidir.
4. Seslendirmeler
Uygulamadaki harf, sayı ve kelime seslendirmeleri ElevenLabs yapay zekâ seslendirme hizmetiyle önceden üretilmiş ve uygulamanın içine yerleştirilmiştir. Uygulama çalışırken ElevenLabs'e bağlanmaz ve ona hiçbir bilgi göndermez. Kaydı bulunmayan nadir kelimeler, cihazınızın kendi yerleşik ses motoruyla (cihaz üzerinde) okunur.
5. Hukuki sebepler
Cihazınızda saklanan bilgileri biz işlemediğimiz için bunlar için ayrıca bir hukuki sebebe dayanmayız. İnternet bağlantılarındaki teknik bilgiler (IP adresi), uygulamanın çalışabilmesi için gerekli olduğundan KVKK m.5/2-c (hizmetin ifası) ve m.5/2-f (meşru menfaat) kapsamında, yalnızca bağlantının kurulması amacıyla hizmet sağlayıcılar tarafından işlenir.
6. Saklama süresi ve silme
- Cihazınızdaki bilgiler, siz silene kadar cihazınızda kalır.
- Profil → İlerlemeyi Sıfırla ile istediğiniz modülün ilerlemesini silebilirsiniz.
- Profil → Çıkış Yap profil bilgilerini ve modül ilerlemesini cihazdan siler.
- Uygulamayı cihazdan sildiğinizde uygulamaya ait tüm bilgiler (yıldızlar ve ayarlar dâhil) silinir.
- Sunucularımızda size ya da çocuğunuza ait bir kayıt tutmadığımız için bizim tarafımızda silinecek bir veri yoktur.
7. Çocuklar
Miluw Kids, okul öncesi çocuklar için tasarlanmıştır ve bir ebeveynin ya da yetişkinin kurmasını öneririz. Çocuklardan sunucularımıza kişisel bilgi toplamayız. Uygulamada reklam ya da başka kullanıcılarla iletişim kurma imkânı yoktur. Uygulamanın dışına açılan tek bağlantı, yeni bir sürüm olduğunda uygulamanın App Store sayfasını açan güncelleme butonudur.
8. Haklarınız (KVKK m.11)
Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, düzeltilmesini ya da silinmesini isteme, aktarıldığı tarafları öğrenme, itiraz etme ve zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarınız vardır. Bilgileriniz yalnızca cihazınızda bulunduğundan, düzeltme ve silme işlemlerini uygulamanın içinden kendiniz yapabilirsiniz. Diğer talepleriniz için hello@cygnuslabs.ai adresine yazabilirsiniz; talebinizi en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız.
9. Değişiklikler
Bu metni güncelleyebiliriz. Uygulamaya bilgilerinizi cihaz dışına gönderen bir özellik eklenirse, bu özellik kullanılmadan önce metni güncelleriz ve gerekiyorsa izninizi isteriz. Güncel metin her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır.

In short
- Your child's name, age, profile photo and learning progress are stored only on your device. They are never sent to any server, and we cannot see them.
- The app has no accounts, advertising, analytics or tracking, and no in-app purchases.
- The app connects to the internet only to download learning content and to check for a new version; no personal data is sent in these connections.
- Deleting the app removes all data from the device; "Sign Out" in the profile also deletes the profile and progress.
1. Data controller
Miluw Kids is an app developed by Çağan Bıçakçı under the name CygnusLabs that teaches preschool children letters, numbers, colors, shapes, animals and vehicles through games. Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), the data controller is Çağan Bıçakçı.

2. Information stored on your device
The following information, which you enter when setting up or using the app, is kept only on your device. It is never sent to any server; we cannot access or process it.

Camera and photo access
The app accesses the camera or the photo library only when you choose to add a profile photo, and only with your permission. The selected photo stays on the device and is never uploaded.
What we don't access
The app does not use the microphone and never records your child's voice. It does not access location, contacts, calendars or health data. It does not send notifications.
3. Internet connections
The app connects to the internet only for the two purposes below. No information about your child or you is sent in these connections. As with any internet connection, the provider we connect to sees technical information such as your device's IP address so that the connection can be made.

The app is also downloaded and updated through services provided by Apple; Apple's own privacy policy applies to those processes.
4. Voice recordings
The letter, number and word voice-overs in the app were generated in advance with the ElevenLabs AI voice service and are bundled with the app. The app does not connect to ElevenLabs while running and sends it no information. The few words without a recording are read by your device's own built-in speech engine (on the device).
5. Legal bases
Since we do not process the information stored on your device, we do not rely on a legal basis for it. The technical information in internet connections (IP address) is needed for the app to work and is processed by the providers only to make the connection, under KVKK Article 5(2)(c) (performance of the service) and Article 5(2)(f) (legitimate interest).
6. How long data is kept and how to delete it
- Information on your device stays there until you delete it.
- Profile → Reset Progress (İlerlemeyi Sıfırla) deletes the progress of any module you choose.
- Profile → Sign Out (Çıkış Yap) deletes the profile and the module progress from the device.
- Deleting the app from your device removes all of its information (including stars and settings).
- We keep no records about you or your child on our servers, so there is nothing to delete on our side.
7. Children
Miluw Kids is designed for preschool children, and we recommend that a parent or adult sets it up. We do not collect personal information from children on our servers. The app contains no advertising and no way to communicate with other users. The only link out of the app is the update button, which opens the app's App Store page when a new version is available.
8. Your rights (KVKK Article 11)
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, learn who it was transferred to, object, and claim compensation for damages. Because your information is only on your device, you can correct or delete it yourself in the app. For any other request, write to hello@cygnuslabs.ai; we respond within 30 days at the latest.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. If a feature that sends your information off the device is ever added to the app, we will update this policy before that feature is used and ask for your consent where required. The current version is always published on this page.
This English version is a translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.
